The most important information to provide us with is the exact dollar figure for the amount owed by the debtor. Please include the date on which this figure was accrued so we can start accruing interest from then on. Click here for referral form.

Please provide a copy of any of the following documents that apply to your case, especially any signed by the debtor.

These would include: copy of note, loan disclosure, security agreement, Savings and Checking account signature cards, contracts, notice of sale & deficiency due, credit application, loan liner agreement, invoices, Right To Cure, and NSF Checks. Please include a current itemized statement of account, invoices and credit report if you have run one.

If any of these signed documents contain language which allow for collection of attorneys fees, collection fees or court costs, this must be included with your paperwork to allow us to include any of these fees with our petition when we proceed to court.

We do attempt to skip trace debtors who are hard to find. However, please remember that you have the most information regarding their whereabouts because you have been dealing with them. Please make an effort to find them before you send your accounts on to us for collections. Your time would be better spent in having us collect from these debtors, than having us try to find them just to get them served.
